1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances in which refunds may be issued for competitions conducted by Audio Arranger (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This policy should be read together with the Audio Arranger Terms & Conditions, Competition Rules, and Privacy Policy, which govern participation in competitions and use of the platform.

2. Entry Fees

Some competitions may require payment of an entry fee.

Unless otherwise stated, all entry fees are non-refundable once a Participant has successfully entered a competition.

By submitting an entry and completing payment, the Participant acknowledges that the entry fee grants access to participate in the competition and related platform services.

3. Competition Cancellation

If a competition is canceled, suspended, or cannot be completed due to technical, operational, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Company may provide one of the following remedies at its discretion:

  • A full refund of the entry fee, or

  • Credit toward a future competition hosted on the platform.

The Company is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by Participants beyond the entry fee.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Where required by law, Participants may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Participants must contact the Company to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without valid grounds may result in:

  • Suspension of the Participant’s account

  • Disqualification from competitions

  • Loss of access to the platform services
